We went to see Wilco last night at Marymoor Park. Sort of funny–after releasing an album of genial dad-rock, their tour setlist was mostly noisy, jagged versions of the most experimental tracks off of Yankee Hotel Foxtrot and A Ghost Is Born. They finished with a screeching 12-minute version of “Spiders (Kidsmoke).” A lot of gray ponytails in Seattle are a little grayer today.
I am slowly learning the tao of Pic-Tac-Toe (Pic-Tac-Tao?) and I think this puzzle is vastly superior to my first attempt. (A little easier, too.) C’mon, nobody else wants to try to make one of these? We can make Pic-Tac-Toe the next sudoku! Put one up on the message boards–or send one to me and I’ll post it here, if it’s good enough.
