Attention Jeopardy!-watchers: if my math is right, Brad Rutter, Bob Harris, and I make a brief appearance in the studio audience tonight. We’re also going to be in the Price Is Right audience wearing matching “Drew is Dieu” bowling shirts I embroidered.

A local reader named Matt sent me the link to a pretty great trivia site of his own devising: Sporcle! It’s fun to say. It’s even more fun to play!

Matt says that he was inspired by watching me on Jeopardy! to put together a better computer interface for learning lists of trivia-related facts: presidents, state capitals, etc. But that’s probably not the best way to sell you on the site, because it makes it sound like some boring flash-card simulation, when it’s actually much more immersive and addictive than that. Really, go check it out. I spent ten minutes yesterday trying to win the “NBA Champions” quiz and still forgot about the Rochester Royals.
