Real quick:

Can you name a famous 20th-century American whose name is 75% composed of Roman numerals? Interestingly, all the consonants are Roman numerals, but all the vowels are not. Who is it?

Also: remove the last two letters of a light, all-ages drink and you’ll get a light-but-not-necessarily-for-all-ages literary work. What’s the drink?
