Eads and Guilfoyle are *still* on the original CSI, which (a lot of people don't remember this) was actually up against Dynasty and Little House on the Prairie. during its first season on CBS. Jorja Fox, if you were wondering, was just reucrring for a few seasons, so she doesn't count.
Ken, you're joking, right? CSI came on in 2000 and both Dynasty (1989) and Little House (1984) had finished their network runs a decade earlier. Maybe you're thinking of the South Korean TV schedule.
Also, even if you count "recurring" (or reucrring) as active, Jorja Fox wasn't in the CSI pilot. Chandra West played Holly Gibbs, who had just joined the CSI team, and she was our introduction to how it operated. Then, in a big twist, she was killed on her first solo job. Fox joined the next episode.
Also memorable, the first episode had 3 characters using the word "a$$hole", I guess to make the show more "adult". But to my knowledge, no matter how gruesome the crime scene is, they've never used that word since.
